Meirav Shiri
CO-Founder & ceo
Meirav has a global experience in representing private investors, managing investments portfolios, building the foundations of start-ups, and monitoring companies’ progress.
Meirav currently serves on the boards of Cardiacsense and Reddress.
Previously Meirav had senior executive roles in the marketing, sales and finance areas in leading Israeli financial services companies: Madaness (Insurance), Prisma and Analyst (Asset Management).
Meirav served as a Captain in the Israeli Air Force for 11 years.
Meirav holds an BA of Economy and Communication from Tel-Aviv University, as well as a certificate of Board Directors from the IDC.
Rif Fima
Analyst
Rif has experience in company’s valuations and analysis ,in a variety of sectors, including Tech, Healthcare ,Energy and Financial services.
Prior to joining HCS ,Rif was a project manager in BDO Consulting’s corporate finance department, and led a team of analysts on multiple projects , providing transaction advisory and financial consulting to the firm clients.
Rif holds a BA in economics and business administration from Ben Gurion University, and founded and managed the university Investments Club.
Shiran Iluz
Business development & investor Relations Manager
Shiran is responsible for business development, deal flow management as well as investor and community relations.
Prior to joining HCS, Shiran was the Vice Chairman at the IDC Entrepreneurship Club, leading and mentoring 11 Entrepreneurship programs.
Previously she worked for El Al Israel airlines as a flight attendant for 5 years.
Shiran holds a BA in Communications with a marketing and political focus from the IDC.
Shachar Emilie Tobi
BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
Emilie is responsible for managing all business operations, overseeing deal flows as well as optimizing operational processes to ensure seamless workflow and achieve strategic objectives.
Prior to joining HCS, Emilie has worked in the Strategic Partnerships and International Relations sector.
She holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy & Conflict Management from the International School of Reichman University. Additionally, she graduated with Honors from Tel-Aviv University with a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies & Communications with a specialization in marketing and journalism.
Shir Barnoach
Analyst
Shir is responsible for conducting market research, performing due diligence, and engaging with portfolio companies to gather and analyze key financial and operational updates. These efforts culminate in comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights for the HCS investors.
Shir has gained significant experience in business development, including a role at HYPE Sports Innovation—Israel’s largest sports-tech ecosystem—where he engaged with international startups and facilitated strategic partnerships with global brands such as CBS Sports. This background, combined with his exposure to emerging technologies and startup ecosystems, informs his keen ability to evaluate and support innovative ventures.
Shir holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, with a major in Finance from Reichman University.
Nitzan Haor
ANALYST
Nitzan is responsible for conducting comprehensive research, due diligence, and financial analysis to assess potential investment opportunities.
Nitzan has gained substantial experience in strategy consulting and venture capital, including roles at Leading Edge Consultants and Sixth Millennium Venture Partners. With expertise in assessing startups as well as extensive experience in Agri-food Tech, Climate-Tech and more, Nitzan provides valuable insight into emerging industries.
Complementing this experience is a BA in Business Management and Finance from Ben Gurion University, where Nitzan graduated with Honors
Paz Katz
PROJECT MANAGER
Paz is responsible for developing and implementing advanced CRM systems and dashboards that streamline investment processes and enhance data management for the fund.
Prior to joining HCS, Paz gained experience in project management, organizational leadership, and event planning, with roles that included leading operational departments and managing diverse teams.
Paz also brings extensive leadership skills acquired during a military career, where he held various command positions in elite units.
Paz holds a BA in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Reichman University, where he was actively involved in the student union and impact initiatives.
Adam Sapir
Intern
Adam is responsible for investment analysis, leveraging a U.S. based foundation in financial modeling, due diligence, and market research.
He gained internship experience at Oberon Securities in investment banking, supporting Sell-Side Advisory in the Tech, Media, Telecom industries, and at Bank Hapoalim International in commercial banking, working within the Treasury group.
Adam graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Finance from the University of the Pacific, where he managed the equities fund, responsible for Tech and Industrials, and founded the fixed income fund, focusing on Sovereign Bonds.
